My diet really requires determination and a will to pull through, but if you are able to pull it through you will se results.
My “rules” are as following -
Obviously no candy, cake, icecream, chips, fries, burgers etc
No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes - these are all carbs

You know that feeling when you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. Thanks what i feel right now, well not right now but forever… basically what im trying to say is i feel fffaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttttttttttt. and i hate that feeling ive been sick of it. As a junior in High School i’m obviously really busy, But recently i felt that i need to be taking care of my health as well as my image. SOOOOOOO, im making this tumblr to help me keep track of what i do. As in what i eat/drink, how much i sleep, how and how much i exercise. i will occasionally take pics…yes i know embarrassing LOL but i think that’s the only way to motivate myself!! Little bit about my self. i am little under 150lbs. and i am 5’4” yes yes i know im fat….. ahahaha and for personal reasons i want to keep my identity anonymous! so yay ill start tomorrow! bye for now :)
